A Simple Day at Home and Outside

I get up at seven o’clock. I open the window and look at the sky. It is light and quiet. I make my bed and wash my face. Then I go to the kitchen. I make tea and I eat bread and an egg. I sit at the table and I check the time on my phone. After breakfast, I get dressed. I put on a clean shirt and comfortable shoes. I take my bag and my keys. I go outside and walk to the bus stop. The street is busy, but people are polite. I wait for the bus. When it comes, I get on and sit down. I go to my language class. The teacher is friendly. We practice simple words and short sentences. We read a small story and we talk in pairs. I ask a question when I do not understand. The teacher explains again, slowly. At the end, we have a short break. I drink water and I write notes. After class, I go to the supermarket. I buy rice, chicken, apples, and milk. I also buy soap and toothpaste. I pay at the counter and put everything in my bag. Then I walk home. On the way, I stop at a park for five minutes. I sit on a bench and watch children play. At home, I cook lunch. The food smells good. I eat and then I clean the dishes. In the afternoon, I do some laundry and tidy my room. Later, I call my sister. We talk about her work and my class. In the evening, I take a short shower and wear pajamas. Before sleep, I plan tomorrow. I put my clothes ready and set my alarm. I read a few pages of an easy book. I feel calm. I turn off the light at ten o’clock and go to sleep.
